Description

The Office Management Diploma in the Administrative Technology Department is designed to meet the specific needs of the local labor market. The program is delivered at Technical Colleges over five semesters, with each semester spanning eighteen training weeks. The curriculum consists of a total of 2,106 training hours, supplemented by 490 hours of practical on-the-job training, totaling 80 credit hours.

The program focuses on developing specialized technical skills, including: Arabic and English typing, administrative communications, office management and technologies, secretarial procedures, time management, human resources management, and the use of computers in office operations. Additionally, students acquire general skills in Islamic culture, Arabic and English languages, mathematics, computer applications, and an introduction to the business world. The curriculum also covers career guidance, professional excellence, workplace ethics, and communication skills.
